Occassionally we will get a customer asking about renting a flume. Unfortunately with wide range of flume styles and sizes, there just isn't a practical way for us to accomodate them. Flumes can be quite site specific depending upon the flow meter being used, the end connections, etc.
The other issue is that the flume once the flume is used, it has now been exposed to a flow stream whose composition is unknown to us. So it would have to be thoroughly cleaned prior to storage for some future rental.
The logistics of stocking a range of sizes / configurations and the need for post rental cleaning are such that renting flumes just isn't practical.
