Refrigerated Sampler Enclosures
Keep your wastewater sampler safe from vandalism and environmental threats with a Refrigerated Sampler Enclosure.
Designed to provide a high level of equipment protection, the Gemini line of Refrigerated Sampler Enclosures features units that are insulated, weather tight, and allow for full access. Safety-focused Gemini Enclosures include:
- A flip-up door that doubles as a weather hood for protected operator access.
- Gas door struts that offer stability when the door is open in windy conditions.
- An elevated door threshold and integral floor to keep ponding waters out.
Openchannelflow can design a custom Refrigerated Sampler Enclosure to meet your specifications for color, size, and more. While Openchannelflow’s standard Gemini enclosure is designed for the latest refrigerated samplers from Teledyne Isco, Hach, Manning, and YSI, we can design a custom enclosure to meet your specific size and configuration needs. Keep in mind that molding costs for small run custom designs will add to the over enclosure cost – so moderate (5-10 units) production runs are usually more economical than a one-off enclosure.
To meet your site’s needs, Refrigerated Sampler Enclosures are available with a range of accessories, including:
- Ventilation louvers.
- Exhaust fans.
- Heaters.
- Electrical outlets.
- Load centers.
- Equipment shelves.
- Interior lighting.
- Piping / tubing connections.
- Equipment mounting panels.
