HVAC

For smaller chemical feed applications where an exposed element heat isn’t desired, industrial infrared heat lamps can be provided to provide warmth to the shelter. For larger shelters requiring more heat, upsized and/or multiple radiant and fan forced heaters can be provided.

While an expensive option for other manufacturers, corrosion resistant exhaust fans are provided as part of our standard HVAC equipment package. The corrosion resistant fans are shutter mounted and suitable for exhaust or supply configurations - either in single or dual fan mountings.

We are able to provide this enhancement at no additional cost to our customers due to the long term / high volume arrangement we have developed over the years with our ventilation supplier.

These fans can be wired to operate a number of different ways: toggle switch, timer, thermostat, presence sensor, or door activated switch – or a combination of ways as needed!

In applications where power isn’t available or a backup ventilation method is desired, wall mounted wind powered ventilators can be integrated as can roof mounted wind-driven turbine exhaust ventilators.

Where operator comfort or equipment environmental conditions require it, air conditioners and heat pumps can be integrated. For simple applications, standard thru-wall units can be supplied, but closed-loop and split packaged terminals can also be provided. Depending upon the type of air conditioner supplied, heating elements can be provided as part of the air handling system.
